The Arizona District Office of Farmers Insurance is seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to become Agency Leaders. Requirements

Requirements:
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship building skills
• Sales, customer service or business development experience highly preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build and lead a business
• Willingness to obtain or possess the required Arizona insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
• Commitment to investing time and effort into building a successful agency
