We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President US Transfer Agency Product Management to join our Fund and Investor Solutions team. This role is located in NYC or Boston, MA. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Serve as Product Owner for key initiatives in US Transfer Agency, with accountability for product design, prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement. * Partner with business, operations, technology, and client stakeholders to identify needs, define solutions, and execute strategic priorities. * Translate business goals and client requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs. * Lead delivery within an Agile framework, partnering with cross-functional teams of engineers, product specialists, and business stakeholders. * Help modernize the US Transfer Agency technology and operating model to improve scalability, control, and service excellence. * Use client feedback, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancement. * Build strong relationships with internal and external clients to understand business challenges and deliver practical, value-added solutions. * Lead, coach, and develop a small team of 1–3 direct reports. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• 8+ years of overall experience is required.
• Product Owner or Product Manager background is required.
• Experience in Transfer Agency, fund servicing, fund operations, or related

asset servicing functions is required. * Strong problem-solving skills and experience driving product enhancements, platform change, or operating model transformation are required. * Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment is required.

• Internal and external client-facing experience is required.
• People management experience, or readiness to lead a team of 1–3 direct

reports, is preferred.

• Funds industry experience is preferred.
• Background in Operations, Product, or Engineering roles in fund servicing is

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $104,000 and $228,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
