Senior Oncology Account Managers | Opportunities across the US

Location: Field-based territories across the US. We welcome enquiries nationwide; individual roles require residence within the assigned territory and regular travel.
Hartmann Young are partnered with a precision oncology biotech building its US commercial team ahead of a potential launch in a rare cancer indication.
We're keen to connect with experienced oncology sales and account management professionals across the US, particularly those with backgrounds in melanoma, rare oncology, targeted therapies or oral oncolytics.
The opportunity
Lead territory strategy, develop relationships with academic and community oncology centres, and build specialist referral networks. You'll work closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Patient Services to support launch readiness and patient access.
Experience we're looking for:
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 5 years in oncology.
• A track record of successful US oncology product launches.
• Experience managing complex academic and community oncology accounts.
• Confidence discussing clinical data, tumour biology and mechanisms of action.
• Strong understanding of oral oncology reimbursement and specialty pharmacy pathways. xhyhwjd
• Rare disease or orphan oncology experience is particularly valuable; melanoma and ocular oncology exposure would be an advantage.
