They are brand stewards with a strong focus on curating a deep connection from person-to-person one experience after another.

Requested tasks:

• Responsible for establishing client relationships and securing group business for the property
• Meet or exceed quarterly financial goals
• Identify new markets and business opportunities quarterly
• Represent hotel in various events and exhibitions
• Implement all sales action plans to market areas as outlined in the marketing plan

Requested capabilities:

• Prior experience highly preferred
• Attention to financial details (budgeting, planning, etc.)
• Attentive and approachable
• Full understanding of property's amenities and offerings
• Keen understanding of marketing and promotional campaigns
• Ability to lead a team with patience, understanding and motivation
