Software Support Specialist

Supporting clinical trial sites and study teams, the remote-capable Software Support Specialist will resolve real-time system issues across multiple countries while maintaining regulatory compliance and managing sensitive patient data during a set schedule of 12:00pm-8:00pm PST. Key responsibilities Provide support to system users via telephone and email, documenting all communications Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, escalating to relevant teams when necessary Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions and implement process improvements in Customer Care Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred Prior technical support experience preferred, especially in IRT or a related field Computer-operating skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude Ability to work independently with little supervision and take initiative in problem-solving Multilingual skills preferred
