About the Role:

Allstate Insurance Agency - Stacey Moore is looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Simpsonville, SC. Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries

Assist clients with policy questions, billing issues, and coverage explanations

Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Allstate insurance products and services

Maintain and update client records in the agency management system

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

Support the agency team with administrative tasks and daily operations

Requirements:

Prior customer service, sales, or insurance experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced office environment

Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems

Active South Carolina Property & Casualty or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain)

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
