Career Services Team Support

This position will support the School Division on the Career Services team and is responsible for recruitment, on-boarding, HRIS entry and employee records, data analysis, employment relations and day-to-day support for employees and administration. Preferred candidates will have at least 5 years' experience in a school division and experience with Tyler Munis HRIS software system.

The successful candidate will have the ability to:

• Develop a high level of proficiency in using the HR and Payroll system and maintenance of employee records.
• Use current office software products, spreadsheet, and database software.
• Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with business partners and employees.
• Understand complex pay practices and calculations related to 10, 11 and 12-month contracted staff.
• Understand laws and policies regarding certified employees, 10, 11 and 12-month contracts, supplemental pay, and licensure.
