You will also help identify and champion opportunities to leverage AI capabilities to enhance operational efficiency, improve business insights, streamline executive routines, strengthen reporting and forecasting processes, and enable more informed decision-making across the organization.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and transformational leader who can balance long-term vision with disciplined execution, influence senior stakeholders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.This role offers the opportunity to shape organizational strategy, lead through change, and directly impact how technology organizations operate, scale, and deliver value in an increasingly AI-enabled future.Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans that align AI technology priorities with enterprise objectives, translate executive vision into actionable outcomes, and drive initiatives that improve business performance, organizational effectiveness, and technology transformation at scale.Lead the evaluation, adoption, and responsible use of AI-powered tools and solutions that streamline workflows, improve business insights, reduce administrative burden, and support enterprise transformation objectives.Partner with technology leaders, business executives, risk teams, finance partners, and regulators to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve business outcomes, organizational scalability, and operational resiliency.Identify and recommend opportunities to improve business processes, organizational effectiveness, and risk management practices through the use of data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled business capabilities that enhance productivity, decision-making, reporting, and operational efficiency.Manage the allocation of people and financial resources while identifying opportunities to increase efficiency through process optimization, automation, AI-enabled insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage and develop a highly specialized Technology Business Services team, driving operational excellence and delivering strategic business services for cross-functional stakeholders and internal partners.Develop and execute strategies that leverage AI-driven analytics and reporting capabilities to provide leadership with actionable insights, workforce trends, portfolio visibility, and performance metrics that support informed business decisions.Lead the Technology Business Services team in resolving highly complex business and operational challenges while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, risk requirements, and enterprise priorities.Interpret, develop, and govern policies, procedures, and business processes, including frameworks that support the effective, responsible, and compliant use of emerging technologies and AI-enabled business solutions.Influence senior leaders in developing data-driven operating models and business strategies that improve organizational performance, resource planning, and execution of strategic priorities.Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and responsible AI adoption by helping teams understand how emerging technologies can enhance productivity, collaboration, decision-making, and employee experience.Develop and guide a culture of talent development that prepares employees to effectively utilize AI-enabled tools and data-driven practices while supporting the organization's long-term business objectives.Required Qualifications: 10+ years of Technology Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.4+ years of management or leadership experience.2+ years of experience driving AI and automation initiatives that enhance business performance, scalability, and operational resilience.Desired Qualifications:2+ years of experience partnering with technology, business, risk, and finance stakeholders to identify and implement AI and automation solutions that improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.Proven experience in workforce strategy, organizational design, or HR leadership within a technology environmentStrong analytical and modeling skills;
