Position Title: Recruiter

Onsite in Dublin, OH
Pay $25-32/hr based on experience
Contract with potential to hire
2-4 years of recruiting experience needed
Workday is a plus!



Core Responsibilities / Day-to-Day:

• Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal ATS system, and other sourcing channels
• Build and maintain candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Review and screen resumes/applicants
• Conduct initial phone screen to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience and cultural fit
• Present qualified candidates to hiring manager and/or full-cycle recruiters
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS
