Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

An Investment Management Firm based in New York City is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a FP&A Manager. Responsibilities Lead financial and strategic initiatives that support business planning, growth objectives, and organizational decision-making. Develop, maintain, and enhance forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes. Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial analyses and management reporting, providing insights into business performance and key trends. Analyze revenue, expenses, resource allocation, and other financial metrics to support operational and strategic decisions. Build and improve financial models, reporting tools, and analytical frameworks to drive efficiency, consistency, and data-driven decision-making. Partner with stakeholders across the organization on special projects, process improvements, and business initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, strategic finance, corporate development, investment analysis, or a related function. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
