Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to assigned patients in a high-acuity acute care setting, adhering to nursing standards and patient safety protocols.
- Collaborate with licensed and unlicensed members of the care team to develop and implement individualized, evidence-based care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor patient status, assess changes, and document findings accurately in the medical record.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the health care team; provide education and support to patients and significant others as appropriate.

Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills
