Test Manager

We are seeking an experienced *Technical Testing Manager* to lead quality assurance efforts across complex programs. This role will oversee testing strategy, execution, and coordination across business and technology teams in both Agile and waterfall environments.
*Responsibilities*
* Lead and manage testing efforts across multiple projects and teams
* Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management
* Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure quality delivery
* Manage scope, requirements, and quality processes throughout the SDLC
* Track test progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed
* Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and automation
*Requirements*
* 5+ years of Technical Testing Manager experience (including matrix team leadership)
* 5+ years in test management, quality assurance, and requirements management
* Strong experience with *Azure DevOps* and test management tools
* Hands-on experience with test automation and tracking tools (e.g., Test Complete)
* Deep knowledge of QA methodologies and software testing practices
* Experience working in both *Agile and waterfall* environments
* Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
* Proven ability to coordinate testing activities across large programs

This is a Contract position based out of Lansing, MI.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
