Responsibilities Prioritize safety in all activities. Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Act as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers, using in‑depth training to recommend the best solution. Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads. Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development. Inspect the interior and exterior of customers’ commercial properties—training will be provided. Make recommendations based on inspections, addressing questions, explaining solutions, and setting expectations. Use company iPad for preparing sales agreements and staying organized. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: No experience required; sales experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Ability to obtain required pesticide license/certification if applicable (company will cover cost). Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients. Physical Demands / Working Conditions Use a ladder within weight capacity limits. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Wear PPE, including OSHA‑compliant respirator when required.
