Emergency Medicine Ultrasound

Inspire Health Medical Group, in affiliation with UCSF Fresno, are seeking core faculty members in Emergency Medicine Ultrasound. Eligible candidates should be board-certified in Emergency Medicine and have completed an Ultrasound fellowship by the time of hire. Additionally, a Focused Practice Designation in Advanced EM Ultrasonography is preferred. Candidates must also have an active California Medical License or be eligible to obtain their license by the time of hire. Depending on qualifications, leadership positions exist within the spheres of Ultrasound, Pediatrics, EMS, Toxicology and Research. The Emergency Medicine residency program was founded in 1974 and includes 46 residents in a PGY1-4 format supported by the University of California San Francisco and Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC). Last year, CRMC exceeded 120,000 ED visits while being one of the busiest Level I Trauma Centers in California. This regional medical center serves as the base hospital for a four-county comprehensive EMS System and provides medical direction to the National Park Service. The faculty group consists of 45 full-time, board-certified emergency physicians – many with additional fellowship training. This position is based in Fresno, California, where residents enjoy a high standard of living combined with affordability – resulting in a quality of life uniquely Californian.
