Factory Associate

Join our production team as a Manual Cell Operator and play a key role in delivering quality products every day. This is a hands-on opportunity where your attention to detail and teamwork will make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What will you do?

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and standardized processes
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to established standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area that supports efficiency and safety
• Identify and report any issues or malfunctions promptly to keep production on track

• Automation Integration - foundational level; supporting basic automated processes within the manual cell
• Customer Orientation - developing level; ensuring product quality meets customer expectations
• Digital Literacy - developing level; using digital tools and systems to track production data

• Lean Methodology - foundational level; applying basic lean principles to reduce waste and improve workflow

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is 34,632USD to 54,246USD per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
