Supervisor de Almacén

El Supervisor de Almacén en Cafe Valley Bakery es responsable de coordinar y supervisar todas las actividades del almacén, incluyendo la recepción, el almacenamiento y el envío de productos para clientes. Este rol implica trabajo manual, hacer cumplir las normas de seguridad alimentaria, mantener conteos de inventario y garantizar el movimiento preciso y oportuno de materiales. El Supervisor de Almacén también delegará órdenes de trabajo, resolverá discrepancias y trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el Gerente de Almacén. Supervisor de Almacén en Cafe Valley Bakery en Phoenix, AZ, EE.UU. Responsable de supervisar al personal del muelle, coordinar entregas, mantener procedimientos de seguridad y proporcionar liderazgo y entrenamiento para asegurar la finalización oportuna de proyectos. Debe tener fuertes habilidades de comunicación, experiencia en inventarios y experiencia en implementación de proyectos. Demandas físicas: Al realizar las labores de este trabajo, se requiere que el asociado suba, mantenga el equilibrio, se arrodille, alcance, esté de pie, camine, empuje, tire, levante, use las manos para tocar, agarrar o sentir objetos, hable o se comunique, escuche, inspeccione visualmente áreas a limpiar y realice movimientos repetitivos y movimientos sustanciales (movimientos) de la muñeca, manos y/o dedos. Ambiente de trabajo: Trabajo de mediana exigencia que requiere ejercer hasta 50 lbs. de fuerza ocasionalmente y/o hasta 20 lbs. de fuerza frecuentemente, y/o hasta 10 lbs. de fuerza constantemente para mover objetos. Estándares de rendimiento: Ser confiable, responsable y digno de confianza, y cumplir con las obligaciones. Ser amable con los demás en el trabajo y mostrar una actitud cooperativa y de buen carácter. Ser honesto y ético.
