This position is crucial in upholding our reputation for quality service and sustainability across our properties. Key Responsibilities Room & Public Area Care Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to exceed guest expectations. Replenish amenities and supplies, prioritizing the use of eco-friendly products whenever possible. Guest Service Excellence Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and embody Huntington’s hospitality values in every interaction. Environmental & Safety Compliance Actively participate in Huntington’s green initiatives, including energy conservation, waste reduction, and recycling programs. Adhere to OSHA regulations and all brand safety protocols, including emergency procedures and safe use of cleaning products. Operational Support Stock housekeeping carts and maintain inventory control to ensure efficient operations. Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to engineering or management for timely resolution. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is desirable. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
