To support a dynamic Revenue Operations team, the full-time remote Certified Salesforce Administrator will manage user profiles, resolve technical challenges, and enhance CRM integrations while collaborating with global stakeholders. Key responsibilities Provide prompt resolution to technical challenges and business support issues related to the CRM instance Maintain user profiles, permissions, licenses, and ensure effective management of fields, custom objects, and workflows Document system processes, train users, and partner with stakeholders to create reports and dashboards for sales and marketing Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience 3+ years of Salesforce.com administration experience Certified Salesforce.com Administrator Active Salesforce Trailblazer with community involvement or a genuine passion for the platform Proven experience in CRM database cleansing and maintenance Virtual Vocations Inc
