As a Technology Analyst in our EDGE Program , you’ll work alongside industry experts, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies, and build the skills needed to launch a successful technology career. About The EDGE Program The EDGE Program is an 18-month rotational development program, starting in the summer of 2027, designed for recent graduates looking to accelerate their careers in technology. Participants Will: Complete structured rotations across DTCC technology teams Gain hands-on experience delivering business-critical solutions Participate in technical and professional development training Build relationships through networking and mentorship opportunities Receive coaching and support from dedicated managers Explore long-term career opportunities within DTCC upon program completion Areas of Opportunity Technology Analysts May Rotate Through Teams Supporting: Application Development Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering Network Engineering Data Engineering Site Reliability & Platform Engineering Cybersecurity & Architecture Artificial Intelligence & Emerging Technologies What You’ll Do Analyze business and technology requirements Design, develop, test, and implement technology solutions Support application, infrastructure, and cloud-based platforms Assist with coding, automation, and technical documentation Troubleshoot technical issues and support production environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges Learn how DTCC’s technology supports global financial market infrastructure Contribute innovative ideas that improve processes and user experiences Qualifications Required Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and graduating between December 2026 and May 2027 Major in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Mathematics, Business & Technology Management, Or a related technical discipline Minimum 3.2 GPA Authorized to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements Preferred Internship, project, or leadership experience Interest in financial services and technology Exposure to programming languages, cloud technologies, data platforms, or infrastructure concepts We’re Looking For Candidates Who Demonstrate: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills Curiosity and a passion for learning Attention to detail Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Initiative and accountability Adaptability in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive compensation and annual incentive opportunities Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Retirement savings programs Paid time off and well-being support Hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote) The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
