Your New Role

• Manage 3 to 7 commercial construction projects simultaneously, depending on project size and complexity, while based in Alvarado, TX
• Lead commercial projects valued from $100,000 to $5 million through preconstruction, construction, and project closeout
• Build and maintain project budgets, construction schedules, and scopes of work
• Coordinate daily project needs with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
• Manage essential construction documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Track project progress and help ensure work meets quality standards, safety requirements, building codes, and applicable regulations
• Visit project sites to evaluate schedules, project standards, and safety practices
• Communicate with clients and internal teams, provide project updates, and work through issues that could affect successful delivery
• Lead project closeout, including punch lists, inspections, as builts, and warranties

• 3 or more years of commercial construction assistant project management experience, or 2 or more years of commercial construction project management experience
• Commercial ground up construction experience
• Experience managing project budgets, construction schedules, and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, and Bluebeam
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Working knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and industry practices
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Alvarado, TX
• OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification with company support
