Pierre Granger State Farm is looking for an energetic, people-focused Front Office Growth Coordinator to help support our growing insurance and financial services office.

This is NOT a traditional receptionist position. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, creating a welcoming environment, staying organized, and helping our team identify opportunities to better serve customers.

You will be the first point of contact for many customers — both on the phone and in person — and will play an important role in helping protect our producers’ time while creating a positive customer experience.

We are a fast-paced office focused on relationships, professionalism, teamwork, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
• Assist customers with basic service needs and office support
• Help schedule appointments and customer reviews
• Follow up with missed appointments and customer callbacks
• Route calls and opportunities to the appropriate licensed team member
• Help identify opportunities for life insurance and financial services conversations
• Support office organization and daily workflow
• Assist with customer retention and relationship-building efforts
• Help maintain a positive, high-energy office environment
