Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, creating lifelong clientele.
- Apply a consultative selling approachactively listening to customers' needs to match them with the ideal vehicle.
- Develop extensive product knowledge, mastering vehicle features, options, and latest technologies.
- Conduct engaging, professional vehicle demonstrations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up, promoting repeat and referral business.
- Confidently manage sales conversations and effectively overcome objections.
- Maintain regular communication with the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and performance analysis.
- Exhibit a positive, motivated attitude each daybring your best self to work!
Qualifications:
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
- Driven, proactive individual eager to learn and excel
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, polished personal appearance
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
