What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners and guide them to the perfect flooring
- Close sales with warm, company-provided leads no cold calling
- Boost earnings by generating your own business

- 100% uncapped commission + draw
- New hire bonus after 90 days
- Double commission on self-generated sales
