We are working with a top Am Law 100 firm is currently seeking a exceptionally qualified mid-level associate to join its nationally recognized Commercial Litigation Practice Group in their Chicago office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside leading litigators on a wide range of high‑stake matters for national and global clients. Responsibilities Defend and represent clients in litigation matters related to contract, securities, and antitrust matters. Collaborate as a team to focus on exceptional client service. Assist in the resolution for clients facing large‑scale class actions, commercial litigation and mass torts. Represent clients across an array of sectors, including technology, finance, energy, pharmaceutical and retail industries. Represent the firm's clients in state and federal courts. Qualifications J.D. from a leading law school and admitted to practice law in Illinois. 2+ years of complex litigation experience within a large law firm setting. Previous Judicial Clerkship experience. Excellent written and oral advocacy skill. Experience handling discovery and other trial preparation in a large law firm or civil litigation boutique.
