Ze bieden software, modellen en adviesdiensten om organisaties te ondersteunen bij complexe financiële beslissingen, onder andere voor banken, pensioenfondsen en de vastgoedmarkt. Voor de afdeling HR is Ortec Finance op zoek naar een enthousiaste HR officer. Wat je doet Als HR Officer bij Ortec Finance bied je professionele HR-ondersteuning en zorg je samen met je senior Payroll Specialist collega voor een correcte salarisadministratie. Je maakt deel uit van een hecht, professioneel en vriendelijk HR-team. Je krijgt alle ruimte om het vak (verder) te leren, je te ontwikkelen en door te groeien in deze rol. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: HR-administratie: HR-taken en personeelswijzigingen beheren; onboarding/offboarding afhandelen; HR-vragen in zowel lokale als internationale context behandelen HR-systemen en -processen: processen beschrijven en verbeteren; HRIS beheren; rapporten opstellen; documenten archiveren Salarisadministratie: salarisadministratie voorbereiden in meerdere landen Projecten: deelnemen aan HR-projecten om HR-processen en -beleid te optimaliseren en automatiseren. Profiel Je bent een enthousiast persoon die zijn/haar vaardigheden wil ontwikkelen en een carrière zoekt of wil voortzetten binnen HR- en salarisadministratie. Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. Je hebt gevoel voor cijfers en bent proactief in het uitwerken en verbeteren van processen. Samenwerken, communiceren en creatief problemen oplossen gaan je gemakkelijk af. Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je: Nederlands en Engels uitstekend beheerst (een must vanwege wetgeving, contracten en communicatie) Al wat basiskennis hebt van HR-administratie of Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving, of daar nieuwsgierig naar bent - ervaring mag, maar is geen vereiste Het leuk vindt om op de hoogte te zijn van HR-wetgeving, salarisadministratie en HR-systemen en gemotiveerd bent om je op deze gebieden te blijven ontwikkelen. Kennis van AFAS of internationale ervaring hebt - een pre, absoluut geen vereiste Enthousiast wordt van slimmer werken, processen verbeteren en meedenken met de organisatie. Praktisch Standplaats: Rotterdam Aantal uur: 32 tot 40 uur (waarbij 4x9 niet tot de mogelijkheden behoort) Hybride werken mogelijk: Ja, ongeveer 40% van de tijd op kantoor. Eén keer per twee weken is er een gezamenlijke vergadering op dinsdag.
