Outside Sales Representative

Greater Seattle Area 80-90k base salary (dependent upon experience) + car allowance + uncapped bonus opportunity + 401K Our client is a leader in Industrial Supply with 75 years of experience in the distribution of industrial products, providing a diverse range of customers access to extensive local inventory through a wide network of facilities. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and retention. Cultivate and find new business opportunities. Revive dormant accounts. Work collaboratively with the internal team to find new business, grow current business and provide high level customer service. Keep CRM systems up-to-date with information on leads, prospects, and sales opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Strong communication skills. Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, including client acquisition and business development. Excellent organizational, time management, and planning abilities. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and goals. High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is considered an asset.
