What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities As a Janitorial Operations Supervisor , you will lead our evening team to ensure campus facilities remain safe and spotless. Working as our on‑site Cleaning Supervisor , your routine will include: Overseeing and working directly with evening service partners across four local campuses to meet client scopes of work. Creating basic shift reports with photos and descriptions of completed tasks. Performing hands‑on general cleaning, including pulling trash, dusting, restroom cleaning, and vacuuming. Coordinating special projects like floor scrubbing, event setups, and filling in at sites as a backup Janitorial Shift Supervisor . What You Bring To The Team / Qualifications Experience: Prior professional janitorial and building maintenance experience. Leadership: Great communication skills to resolve issues, build client relationships, and submit basic reports. Requirements: Reliable transportation and a valid MVR are required. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus! Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
