Our team is fully vetted, IICRC-certified, and insured for your safety. Job Summary Commission-based salary only. The Marketing Representative will work with insurance agents, adjusters, and other parties requiring restoration services. Responsibilities include generating new contacts, utilizing current sales routes, managing scheduling for marketing opportunities, maintaining inventory of marketing materials, and updating the database. This role also covers 24‑hour fire response. Responsibilities Intake new losses via phone, email, and fax. Monitor updates in PSA for job status and documentation of communication from insurance and customers. Track updates in XactAnalysis/Alacrity/Lions Bridge daily. Ensure field paperwork is completed and up to date. Update PSA daily with status updates, files, and move for finalized billing. Order materials for marketing. Review work sites and completed paperwork for future referrals. Qualifications College education. 2–5 years within the industry. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Strong judgment and ability to follow written and/or oral instructions, with sound problem‑solving ability. Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with arms, speak and hear. Compensation $55,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year (commission‑based salary only).
