Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Neuro ICU RN – Adult
Schedule: Start date: 3–4 weeks out Shift hours: Can sign for 36 or 48 hours per week Ratios: 1:2 Weekend requirement: every other weekend
Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 3 shifts per week
Requirements: Minimum 2 years RN experience Minimum 2 years in a neuro setting Trauma Level I experience required ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required Dysrhythmia interpretation/management competency required Experience with vasoactive/cardiac drip titration, arterial & central line management, ICP monitoring, and neurotrauma/post-neurosurgery care preferred
Roles & Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to neurocritical patients. Monitor and manage patient conditions, including administering medications and treatments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on care processes and treatments. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Compliance / Notes: COVID-19 vaccine not required; Flu vaccine required No RTO allowed the first week of assignment Monthly parking passes available; details provided during orientation
