Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, and location.* IMMEDIATE ELIGIBILITY – Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as prescription coverage, short-term disability, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and more.* Generous 401K Matching Program* Paid time off* Opportunities for development and advancement### **What You'll Do**### * Run day to day RDC operation in the most efficient manner possible, leading the warehouse team in daily activities (i.e. load/unload trucks, perform and reconcile inventory, and assist the Customer Service Center as required)* Monitor and schedule maintenance of all RDC equipment (roll-loaders, dock equipment, etc.)* Effectively communicate with customers and support personnel to provide excellent service* Maintain current customer base by providing excellent customer service, including building synergy with local sales force* Ensure adherence to governmental (DOT, OSHA, etc.) regulations and company policies and procedures* Maintain high standards of safety, organization and inventory accuracy* Lead employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance to the Company policies, the Code of Ethical Business Conduct and applicable laws.* Responsibilities include assisting with interviewing, training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.* Other duties may be assigned## ## What You'll Bring: ## Education High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). Associates degree preferred. ## Skills/Experience * Ability to train/manage/lead/understand LEAN or CI principles and activities in a logistics environment* Intermediate computer skills* Ability to interpret data and create useful information* Ability to root cause analyze and apply appropriate countermeasures to correct anomalies* Basic leadership skills* Intermediate customer service skills* Ability to lift and/or move miscellaneous equipment and product weighing up to 50 pounds frequently and over 100 pounds occasionally* Greater than 5 years experience in a Logistics Supervisorial Position preferred.## Travel Travel is not required. **Safety-Sensitive Position Notice:** This position has been designated as safety-sensitive.
