Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: RN Step Down Specialty: RN Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: BLS certification ACLS certification NIHSS certification Description: This position requires a Registered Nurse specialized in Step Down care. The RN will be responsible for monitoring patients who are recovering from severe illnesses or surgeries. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills are essential. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Providing education and support to patients and their families is also an important responsibility.
