Product Support Specialist
Join Canva's Education team as a Product Support Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing the learning experience by providing essential technical support to educational institutions across India. This remote, 1-year contract position allows you to guide schools in implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and integrating with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for teachers and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide school systems through SSO setup, domain verification, and account provisioning.
- Support integration with Google Workspace and Microsoft backends, troubleshooting issues end to end.
- Act as the technical point of contact for State partnership rollouts.
- Diagnose and resolve onboarding blockers with school IT admins and district teams.
- Create localized setup guides and self-serve resources for schools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with SSO, SAML/OAuth, and identity and access setups.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support or solutions roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to manage multiple school systems and stakeholders effectively.
