Customer Care Representative. The Customer Care Representative is a key member of the Lennar Customer Care Team, providing warranty and service support to Homeowners through digital channels. Responsibilities Review case documentation and history and contact homeowners promptly. Use remote assistance tools to guide homeowners through troubleshooting, investigation, and resolution steps. Provide guidance on warranty coverage, out‑of‑warranty items, and self‑help solutions. Document and maintain all findings, including documents, photos, and correspondence, in the provided technology system. Determine scope of work for warranty repairs, troubleshoot and resolve minor issues remotely, and coordinate with Trade Partners for further action. Ensure repairs are completed and homeowners satisfied with proactive support. Process back charges and EPOs for prompt payment of Trade Partners. Remedy trade partner scheduling, communication, or payment issues proactively. Participate in after‑hours on‑call rotation and expedite emergency repairs as directed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Maintain daily interaction with various division personnel, outside agencies, business partners, consultants, and homeowners. Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior customer service experience, preferably with a homebuilder. Good organizational and time‑management skills. Understanding of technical aspects of residential construction. Ability to analyze problems, determine solutions, and produce desired outcomes. Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel). Professional attitude to represent the company positively. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical & Site Requirements Regular in‑person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices during regular work hours. Ability to work more than eight hours per day in confined quarters of a construction trailer. Ability to operate a motor vehicle. Ability to read plans, climb stairs and ladders. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, or carry equipment exceeding 50 pounds. Occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate $33.80 – $38.00, adjustable based on qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. The position may be eligible for bonuses and commissions.
