Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state SLP license and active educator certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Demonstrated experience working in K-12 school environments
• Willingness to adapt to changing caseloads and grade levels as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to providing evidence-based therapy and inclusive support

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized plans
• Deliver direct therapy to students across assigned grades and caseloads
• Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
• Document progress and maintain compliant records
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP development, and team discussions
