Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active state license and educator certificate required
• Demonstrated experience working in school settings
• Adaptable to varying caseloads and grade levels
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language services to students, including assessment, therapy, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Deliver services onsite with professionalism and compassion

This is an onsite role near Bridgeport, CT, with a commitment of 30-32.5 hours each week. You’ll play a pivotal part in students’ academic and social development while working in a supportive educational environment.
