Our client is an industrial manufacturer and distributor in need of someone to join their purchasing team who has 5+ years of purchasing experience within a manufacturing company. They’re a fast-paced, collaborative environment and this role will provide high visibility across the company. You will liaise across many departments of the company to facilitate operations. The company offers a competitive salary plus benefits including health insurance, vacation/paid time off program, 401k with match. This is a full-time position, fully onsite 5 days with a salary of up to $105,000. Responsibilities include: Purchasing of various materials and finished goods Stay on top of vendors for delivery times, proper pricing, price breaks, etc. Maintain strong communication with vendors and the company’s logistics team to create efficient material and finished product flow Collaborate with other departments across the company Qualifications: Five years of experience in purchasing a wide range of materials; metal materials background required Good technical skills also necessary, MS Excel and ERP/MRP experience required Must be very deadline-oriented and organized as missing deadlines can be very costly Positive attitude, collaborative personality required If you’d like to be considered for this position, please apply online or email your resume direct to View email address on click.appcast.io.
