Project Manager Job Description:

Project planning, Work break down structure, Activity planning, Resource planning, optimization, Schedule tracking and project implementation

MS Project plan with detailed schedule and activities

Process design and development for the NPI and existing process improvement

• Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Highly detail-oriented and proactive in managing competing priorities.
• Excellent collaboration skills and an ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and project collaboration tools such as Teams or SharePoint.
• Background in administrative/project coordination within a technical, engineering, or R&D environment.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $55.0 per hour

Pay Range Maximum: $58.00 per hour

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
