Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure video platforms, focusing on individual adults facing various mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must be fully licensed to practice independently in California with one of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited/provisional licenses or past disciplinary actions are permissible.

• Strong evaluative skills to make informed treatment recommendations based on a client’s specific needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients.

• Proficiency in technology, with the ability to leverage telehealth platforms for effective service delivery.

• Experience in a telehealth setting and familiarity with virtual therapy delivery.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or others.
