A family-owned home services company serving Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for over 45 years is hiring a Roofing Sales Representative for its newly expanded roofing and exteriors division. Commission-based role with strong earning potential for a proven in-home closer who wants to sell for a brand homeowners already know and trust.
Key Responsibilities- Run roofing sales appointments with homeowners across Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky
- Inspect roofs, document condition, and build accurate scopes of work
- Present options and financing clearly and close at the kitchen table
- Manage your pipeline from first appointment through installation handoff
- Work with production teams to keep installs smooth and customers happy
- Keep CRM records current and follow up on every lead
- Proven in-home sales experience, roofing or exteriors strongly preferred
- Comfortable with both retail replacement and insurance work
- Self-driven, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
