Travel Cath Lab Tech

Seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to assist in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions in a healthcare facility. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, assisting physicians during procedures such as catheterizations, angioplasty, and stent placements, operating imaging and hemodynamic monitoring systems, maintaining sterile techniques, and ensuring patient safety. Key responsibilities include documentation, inventory management, and adherence to safety and infection control protocols. Qualifications include a minimum of one year recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech, current BLS and ACLS certifications, and ARRT, RCES, or RCIS credentials. Preferred qualifications encompass a valid radiologic technologist license, PALS or ENPC certifications, and additional licensure as required. Essential skills include critical thinking, interpersonal communication, physical ability to handle equipment and move within clinical settings, and proficiency in reading and following instructions.
