We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing sales team in Tyler, TX . As a Sales Associate, you will play an important role in representing our brand, connecting directly with customers, and driving sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and developing their sales skills in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Build strong customer relationships and provide an excellent shopping experience
• Learn and demonstrate strong knowledge of our products and services
• Help customers identify products that best fit their needs
• Use effective upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Represent the company and brand positively during every customer interaction
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
• Maintain a professional and energetic attitude throughout the workday

Preferred Qualifications:

• Entry-level sales experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and outgoing personality
• Motivated to learn and grow within a sales environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented

Compensation

$900–$1,100 per week + additional bonuses and insentive opportunities
