Position Summary:
The Office Manager/Receptionist plays a critical role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors
and maintaining efficient day-to-day office operations. This individual will serve as the first point of
contact for the company and will support the broader team through various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately upon arrival
- Answer and route incoming calls in a professional manner
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff
- Assist with scheduling, event coordination, and other operational needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas
- Support other departments as needed with special projects or tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly, professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
Schedule:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in our East Syracuse office. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
