Corporate M&A Associate
MW Talent is partnering with a leading national law firm to hire a Corporate M&A Associate for its Phoenix office.
What You Will Do
- Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex corporate transactions
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and related transaction documents
- Manage due diligence and coordinate deal execution
- Advise clients on financings, entity formation, governance, and commercial agreements
- Work directly with partners and clients across the full deal lifecycle
- Handle multiple matters with strong ownership and efficiency
What You Should Have
- 4 or more years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm
- Strong focus on M&A and complex business transactions
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Strong academic record
- Ability to manage deals with limited supervision
- JD required and active Arizona bar admission
- MBA or background in finance or accounting preferred
