Task Lead & Senior International SOF Support SME

Overview Streamline Defense is seeking a Task Lead & Senior International SOF Support SME to support the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Directorate of Operations, J3‑International (J3‑I) Division at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award. Serve as the contractor's single point of contact (Task Lead) for the J3‑I requirement and as a senior international SOF support SME, overseeing day‑to‑day management and providing SOF expertise to J3‑I leadership. Responsibilities Oversee and perform day‑to‑day management and administration of project tasks; develop work plans and schedules Assign contractor personnel responsibilities; manage contractor travel and surge hours Perform quality checks of all work products; interface with the J3‑I government lead, COR, and Technical Representatives Provide advice, insights, and experience on international SOF support across the J3‑I Participate in and facilitate J3‑I strategic planning; develop measures of performance/success Mentor international SOF officers and senior NCOs on USSOCOM and SOF culture Required Qualifications Senior (O5 or above) Army Special Forces officer with 15 years combined experience in operations and partner‑nation development at O6‑command, TSOC, or NATO SOF HQ level Master's degree in international relations or related field Graduate of School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) or equivalent planning course 1 year recent (last 5 years) combat/operational experience with a combined joint special operations task force or TSOC staff Minimum 1 year working with coalition SOF partners Joint Professional Military Education Level II or equivalent Current Top Secret clearance and eligible for SCI access #J-18808-Ljbffr Streamline Defense
