On-Site HR Generalist (Temp Backfill) - Payroll & Benefits

Ferretti Search is seeking a temporary HR Generalist for a Harrisburg, NC site. You will handle payroll for about 140 hourly and salaried staff, recruit for hourly roles, and assist with onboarding and benefits enrollment. The assignment runs mid-October through early 2027 and is an on-site, Monday-to-Friday role. The ideal candidate has 3+ years HR experience, payroll familiarity, and proficiency with UKG HRIS and Excel.
