Norton Road Veterinary Hospital is a privately owned small animal practice with a passion for treating not only dogs and cats, but also exotic and avian pets. We're searching for a Full-time Veterinary Receptionist who brings positivity, professionalism, and a friendly smile to our front desk. What You'll Be Doing: * Greeting clients and patients with warmth and genuine care * Scheduling appointments and managing a fast-paced front desk * Answering phones and providing helpful, compassionate communication * Assisting clients with check-in/check-out and collecting payments * Coordinating medical records and maintaining accuracy in our system * Supporting the veterinary team by keeping things running smoothly up front What We're Looking For: * 1+ year of experience in a veterinary office * Confident multitasker with strong organization skills * Calm, upbeat, and customer-service focused — even on busy days * Comfortable discussing services and costs with clients * Passion for animals of all types — and their humans * Available to work every Sunday. * A team player who brings a positive attitude and relaxed professionalism * Why You'll Love Working With Us: At Norton Road Veterinary Hospital, we believe in supporting one another, celebrating wins big and small, and treating every client and patient like family.
