Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Rochester, NY Pay Range: $18-$19 per hour Shift: 4:30pm-3:00am Monday-Thursday What's the Job? Set up machines with proper guides and blades to ensure accurate cutting of materials Run test sheets, inspect for defects, and verify conformance to specifications Adjust machinery as needed to maintain high-quality output Enter production data, reconcile sheeted material, and log job codes Maintain inventory control to support efficient production workflows What's Needed?
