Location: Atlanta, GA

Type: Hybrid

Duration: 6+ Months

Pay Range is $45.00 to $50.00 Hourly on w2

 

Job Description:

Talent Sourcing Enablement Specialist

 

You will help improve our employee referral programs, turn more event attendees into applicants and hires, and give recruiters the candidate pipelines they need to work more effectively. You will also help re-discover and connect with strong candidates in areas where talent is hardest to find, helping us attract and hire the right people

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate candidates (former applicants, referrals, event attendees) assessing overall fit and alignment with business needs and proactively engage strong candidates in initial recruiting conversations.
• Conduct screening conversations to assess candidate interest, experience, and alignment with target roles. Routing qualified prospects to the appropriate recruiters based on skill alignment.
• Evaluate event-generated prospects who have not yet applied, identify alignment with open or future roles, and initiate proactive outreach to strong fits.
• Track and analyse event attendee outcomes applications, interviews, offers, and hires ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
• Support ad hoc talent sourcing initiatives, delivering targeted candidate research, sourcing, and pipeline development aligned with evolving business priorities.

 

Qualifications:

• Recruiting experience (full-cycle recruiting and/or sourcing).
• 3+ years of experience
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and engage high-quality talent.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing candidate data and pipelines with accuracy.
• Effective communication and partnering skills across recruiters, sources, and stakeholders.

 

Preferred:

• Technical recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Experience with proactive sourcing techniques and talent pipelining.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system (Workday preferred).
• Familiarity with referral programs, event/campaign follow-up, or sourcing enablement.

 

Top 5 Must Haves:

• 3+ years of Recruiting/Sourcing experience (IT/Tech preferred)
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong cross-functional communication and partnering
• Experience with Talent ATS and/or CRM (highly preferred)
• Some knowledge/familiarity/experience with Recruiting Events (preferred)
