Customer Service Representatives – Call Center 

Westbrook Area | $25/hr | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Contract to Potential Hire

We’re hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives to join a busy, customer-focused service department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior office-based customer service or call center experience who is ready to build on their skills in a professional service environment.

As part of the call center team, you’ll work directly with customers to answer questions, resolve concerns, coordinate service, and make sure customers receive timely and professional support.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer questions and concerns by phone and other communication methods
• Help resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Schedule and coordinate service calls
• Review customer billing and account history as needed
• Communicate with field service technicians regarding customer needs and service calls
• Follow up on service-related questions and issues
• Document customer interactions and account information accurately
• Work as part of a team to provide a positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience in an office or call center environment preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, customer-focused approach
• Comfortable handling customer questions, concerns, and problem-solving
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to navigate computer systems and multiple screens/programs
• Dependable and able to work a full-time Monday–Friday schedule
• Experience working in a high-volume customer service environment is a plus

Schedule & Opportunity

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM\
• $25/hour
• Full-time contract position with potential for permanent hire
• On-site in the Westbrook area; potential for hybrid work after training is successfully completed
