Associate Email Developer

Role Overview As an experienced email developer, you will understand business needs across the Wolverine Worldwide portfolio of brands and deliver polished marketing email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Responsibilities Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive a seamless consumer experience through HTML coding, proofing, targeting, and advanced scheduling. Deliver email content that is optimized for all viewing experiences across clients, devices, and viewing modes. Develop and advise retention teams and brand partners on advanced coding solutions and opportunities within the SFMC tool suite. Remain current on Salesforce updates and industry trends; adapt existing programs and strategies accordingly and surface new opportunities. Review incoming project briefs, develop solutions, communicate with stakeholders, manage workflow, and track parallel development or dependencies. Partner with brand teams and CRM to align short‑ and long‑term strategies. Analyze and compile key learnings from email programs to optimize performance. Pivot quickly to accommodate adaptive priorities in a retail environment. Work closely with the content team to ensure brand‑aligned and effective email campaigns. Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies. Perform other duties as required or assigned by management. Qualifications 1+ year of email marketing experience with a deep understanding of audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing, email development best practices, and deliverability. Technical fluency in HTML and CSS for email templates. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SQL, and AMPscript is preferred. Excellent analytical skills: the ability to analyze data, understand the narrative behind the numbers, and formulate actionable recommendations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong technical knowledge relevant to a typical e‑commerce environment. Working Conditions Normal office environment.
